 Refinish Prepper Technician
Position: Refinish Prepper Technician
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Ensure full OSHA and BAAQMD compliance
- Prepare vehicle repairs for the refinishing process
- Perform correct Repair procedures to assure appearance, durability and
performance as to standards set by automotive industries.
- Perform high quality repair work.
- Maintain equipment, supplies and housekeeping immediate work area
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Monthly CSI and production KPI
- Level of engagement and productivity
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in an auto body shop
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some ICAR training
