Customer Service Representative
Position: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Connect with and engage customers
- Answer the phone and check messages
- Maintain customer area (refreshments)
- Maintain insurance assignments
- Customer Contact
- Customer check-in/check-out
- Maintain level of compliance with files
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Minimum 95% Q4 positive response (adequate communication)
- Pre-production vehicle readiness
- Level of compliance with files
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferably some customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
Estimator
Position: Estimator
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Prepare an accurate damage report
- Clarify repair process expectations for the customer, insurance company, and the production
staff
- Promote company culture
- Connect with and engage customers
- Capture sales and customers’ authorizations to repair
- ONLY provide Production Department with vehicles that are ready to be repaired
- Secure preliminary payment from non-DRP insurance repairs
- Provide the Parts Manager with accurate information for ordering preliminary parts for each job
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Monthly sales
- Estimate KPIs
- CSI & production KPI
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with Management system preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
- ICAR Platinum status
- ASE Certified
- Proficient in at least one electronic estimating system
Office Administrator
Position: Office Administrator
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Supply accurate data to accounting
- Maintain AP/AR and deposits
- Track attendance/shop level payroll
- Audit/close repair orders
- Month-end accounting and reporting
- Insurance company requested logs and reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Collect accounts receivable invoices before 30 days from close
- Vendor statements reconciled and sent for payment by the 10th of each month
- Accounting Data exported to Accounting Department on a daily basis
- Month-end accounting and reporting completed by end of the 2nd business day of the
following month
Minimum Requirements:
- Accounting/Administrator experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
- Satisfactory credit background check
Production Manager
Position: Production Manager
Reports to: Store Leader

- Manage production (workflow)
- First point of contact for production staff
- Engage, train, support, and coach production staff

- Coordinate sublet procedures
- Promote company culture (ethics) at production level

- GMG Envirosafe compliance
- Quality Measurement System performance
Minimum Requirements:
- ICAR Platinum status
