Parts Manager

Position: Parts Manager

Reports to: Store Leader

Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
• Maintain all aspects of parts and shop/paint supplies
• Support production process
• Assist sublet process
• Reinforce company culture

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
• Parts credits no more than 21 days old
• Supplies/materials profitability
• Organization of parts department
• No pending returns older than 7 days

Minimum Requirements:
• ICAR
• Parts department experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
