Position: Supplement Estimator

Reports to: Store Leader


Why This Job Exists (Purpose):

• Promote company culture
• Connect with and engage customers/stakeholders
• Support the production department in order to ensure efficient vehicle repair process

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Monthly sales
• CSI & production KPI
• Insurance companies’ KPIs


Minimum Requirements:

• ICAR Platinum status
• ASE Certified
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
• Proficient in at least one electronic estimating system
• Experience with Management system preferred
